配布条件はGPL2です
ソースの irchat-copyright.el に書いてありますが,
ベースとなった irchat 同様, このプログラムは free software です.
GNU General Public License のもとに,
このプログラムを再配布したり改変したりしてもかまいません.
ただ, 状況把握のためにも, どこかで配布される場合は,
simm at irc.fan.gr.jp (` at 'の部分は`@'に置き換えてください)
